Families looking to complete the Free and Reduced Meals application may have noticed the link on our website and also on LinqConnect is currently inactive. State officials are aware but have not yet given our school district a timeline for when the application will go live. SACS will share an update with families as soon as we receive more information.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

  • The Free and Reduced Meals application link is currently working up to the point where a school code is required. However, without this code, families are unable to complete the application. We are waiting for the state to provide SACS with the necessary code so families can proceed.

  • To ensure students continue to have access to meal benefits during this delay, families who qualified last school year will receive a 30-day grace period. This means 2024–2025 eligibility will carry over into the start of the 2025–2026 school year.

  • SACS will share an update with families as soon as we receive a live, fully functional application link.
