Impact Grant
-
The Foundation will award at least four $1500 grants to help educators provide the best experiences possible for the students in this community. The purpose of the grants is to help educators meet and expand educational goals that reflect the values of our district Core Pillar Strategies while emphasizing experiential opportunities and creative delivery of curricular standards. Some examples may be visiting authors, poets, artists, entrepreneurs; in-person or virtual field trips; or collaborating with local history, architecture, industry, or museums. These proposals may include requests for materials needed to implement these experiences.
These grants will not provide funding for apparel, basic classroom supplies, basic student needs, supplies for parties or meetings, incentives or monetary prizes, playground equipment, iPads, computers, TVs, benches, greenhouses, landscaping improvements, or compensation and benefits for employees or students.
Additionally, these grant applications must clearly connect to at least one of the Core Pillar Strategies of Southwest Allen County Schools.
