ALPHA Testing for Residents Who are Not Enrolled in a SACS School

If you have a K-4 student who resides within the Southwest Allen County school district, but is not currently enrolled in a SACS school and are interested in potential placement in the SACS Self-Contained High Ability ALPHA Program, you will need to submit the forms below along with the testing fee. Please submit the required forms along with the testing fee to the Assistant Superintendent's office attention: Miranda Fransen.

Test Fee: $50.00 per student (Make checks payable to Southwest Allen County Schools)
