Apply to SACS Schools 2025-2026

SACS employees who would like their student to continue or begin attending HSE Schools in 2025-2026 should review the following Employee Student Transfer Options. All employees seeking their student's transfer for 2025-2026 must complete their transfer form as soon as possible. This process has been updated, so please complete a form even if you have previously submitted a request for 2025-2026.

Continue Attending (Resident and Non-Resident) 
If your child currently attends an HSE school that is not their homeschool or you are requesting a different placement, please complete this form.  

Begin Attending (Resident) 
If you live within HSE Schools and your child will begin attending an HSE school that is not their homeschool, please complete this form. 

Begin Attending (Non-Resident) 
If you are considering bringing your child to HSE Schools next year, and you are NOT a resident, please complete this application for non-resident student transfers.
