Instructions for Viewing Your Health, Dental and Vision Summary Plan Description The Summary Plan Description is password protected and is not accessible without rSchool access. You will be required to use your rSchool username and password.
To view the plan:
Go to the SACS homepage www.sacs.k12.in.us
At upper right of homepage, click on Login
Input your username
Input your password
Login to Member View
On SACS homepage again,
Click on Human Resources Home Page
In the left column on the HR Home Page, locate and click on SACS Employee Benefit Summary.
Click on Employee Benefit Summary
SACS Summary Plan Description will appear.
If you do not have an rSchool username and password:
1. You may contact your school/building secretary and she will provide you with user information set up for the following groups:
Transportation
Food Service
Maintenance
Natatorium
2. You may contact Human Resources and we will provide a copy of the plan summary to you.
