Location -

Homestead High School's Ninth Grade Academy
4310 Homestead Road
Enter Door 18, next to the CMT entrance.

SACS Health Clinic -

The SACS Clinic will be opening again on July 1st.  The clinic will be open on Wednesdays for labs and on Mondays you can make an appointment to see the nurse practitioner.  More information on the hours and the ways you can schedule an appointment can be found in the attached document.

For everyone’s safety, all patients will be screened before their appointment.  You will have your temperature checked, you will be asked some questions and you must wear a mask.  You will also be asked to stay in your car until called for your visit. This will allow for the cleaning solution to dry and to minimize the number of people in the waiting area.

If you exhibit any COVID Symptoms or if you are running a fever, you will not be able to enter the SACS clinic and instead will be referred to one of Lutheran’s screening clinics.

Clinic Hours -
Nurse Practitioner is available during clinic hours.

Mon. 2:00-5:30 p.m.
Wed. 6:30-10 a.m. (lab services)
