Meagan Milne and her husband, David Milne (HHS '85), have a son (anticipated graduation 2018) and a daughter (anticipated graduation 2019) currently attending Southwest Allen County Schools. Raised by parents in the teaching profession, Ms. Milne has always valued education and been interested in how to help students thrive. A strong supporter of public schools, Ms. Milne has volunteered extensively in both SACS and in Carmel, Indiana.

TOM RHOADES
Vice President, SACS Board of School Trustees

Tom and his wife, Dayna, have two sons, Evan, a 2011 graduate of Homestead, and Andrew a 2015 graduate of Homestead. Although Tom chose a career in law enforcement, he has remained connected to education. Tom received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Studies education. He was a D.A.R.E. instructor and trainer during his career in law enforcement, and has coached baseball and basketball for over 10 years. He is committed to education and ensuring that our students are prepared for the future.

Jennifer Couch and her husband, Austin Couch, have a son who is a 2008 graduate of Homestead High School, and three daughters that attend Homestead High School (9th), Summit Middle School (7th) and Lafayette Meadows Elementary School (4th). Mrs. Couch volunteers in Southwest Allen County Schools.

Brad Mills and his wife, Kimberly, have four children. Bradley '11, Mallory '13, an 8th grade daughter Meghan '21, and Matthew '22 (both currently at Woodside). Brad grew up in Huntington County and Kimberly in Terre Haute, Indiana. After several career moves, they decided to move to the school district in 1997 before their oldest son entered kindergarten. They enjoy sports and the family has spent much of their free time attending the children's various sporting events. Brad has competed in several triathlons and completed a full Ironman (Wisconsin) in 2013.
